Dr. Gary Price joins Connecticut Magazine’s list of top doctors for the third year in a row. This coincides with his recognition in the U.S. News Top Doctors list of the best Connecticut plastic surgeons.
Guilford, Connecticut (March 2013) – Gary Price, M.D., (www.drgaryprice.com) recently received 2 top doctor recognitions, ranking him among the top Connecticut plastic surgeons. Both honors are based on the recommendation and endorsement of other physicians.

Connecticutmag.com says the questionnaire asks the doctors “to recommend a doctor (other than themselves) to whom they would send a loved one for expert medical care.” Those who receive the most recommendations are added to the Top Docs list.
Dr. Price was also named to the list of U.S. News Top Doctors. To create this directory of “Top Doctors,” U.S. News partnered with New York City-based Castle Connolly Medical Ltd., publisher of America’s Top Doctors® and creator of Castle Connolly’s Top Doctors™.
Like Connecticut Magazine, the U.S. News Top Doctors process is based on peer nominations. The nominees are then reviewed by a physician-directed research group. Doctors cannot apply or nominate themselves. Furthermore, neither physicians nor an employer of a physician can pay to have a doctor added to the list.
